From Davy Crockett’s teaspoon to Cinderella’s cradle, by way of an armchair that belonged to Jules Delpit’s great-great-granddaughter, you’ll find a little bit of everything at Galerie LaurentG. A collector across four generations, from my great-grandfather to myself, I grew up surrounded by objects, paintings and stories. After 30 years working in the visual and creative arts, I turned this lifelong passion into my profession. Antique furniture, design, paintings, drawings, sculptures and unexpected curiosities: periods and styles mingle freely. An incurable collector, a gallerist by passion and an art acquisition advisor, I favour objects with a story, a personality or simply that special something that makes you want to keep them, rather than fashionable names and signatures.
