PROANTIC is a website dedicated to professional antique dealers so that they can exhibit their goods and get in touch with customers, professional or private.

Collection and use of personal data

For visitors to the site : A visitor is a person who has not registered as a professional antique dealer and has not created a profile in the Buyer's Area, nor taken any other action to register for one of our services. For these people, Proantic does not collect any data. The navigation on the site does not leave other traces than those of the legal logs of IP addresses as well as the anonymous information collected by Google Analytics via a cookie which allows to measure the volume of traffic on the site.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to collect information about the use of our website.
Google Analytics collects how often the site is visited and which pages are visited. We use this information from Google Analytics to analyze traffic and improve our service.
Google Analytics only collects the IP address assigned to you by your Internet service provider. Google Analytics does not collect your name or any other information. We do not combine any information between Google Analytics and other information we may have through other means. Google Analytics sets a permanent cookie on your browser to identify you the next time you log in, but this cookie can only be used by Google Analytics.

Antique dealers registered on the site :

When opening a gallery, Proantic collects information necessary for the opening of a gallery.
Name of the gallery, address, contacts, SIRET number, VAT number.
This information is modifiable from the administration of the galleries or on simple request of the antique dealer. They are also a necessary condition for the operation of a gallery on Proantic.
The request for removal of this information may result in the closure of the gallery and the cessation of the professional service.

The persons registered on the Buyer's Space:

The opening of a buyer's space is done on request and Proantic collects the email address of the person.
This email address can be added to the list of the news letter if the person, on his management space, checks the corresponding box. When connecting to the member area, Proantic creates a cookie that recognizes that the visitor is registered to the Buyer's Area and thus gives access to services such as the selection of objects to follow, the addition of galleries in the favorites and the possibility to receive alerts. All this is managed from the Buyer's Area. Proantic does not collect any browsing data, other than from Google Analytics, nor does it keep a history of the various selections that have been made and then deleted.
Proantic does not rely on this data to target its communication nor does it cross-reference the information from Google Analytics with that of the "Buyers' Area".

Information collected during a request made via Proantic

When a visitor contacts an antique dealer, the information given, email address and/or phone number, as well as the text of the message, is saved on our server. This is only for convenience, so that the antique dealers have a duplicate of the message sent to them.
This information can be deleted either by the antique dealer (who manages this as a mailbox) or by Proantic, or on request of the author of the message. This data is not used or analyzed for marketing or commercial purposes.

Sharing of information

Proantic does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose information to third parties.
When required by law (for example, in connection with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or legal proceeding) we may be able to provide access to your data to law enforcement.

Data retention - unsubscribing

Users of the Proantic website can ask at any time to delete the data that may have been communicated.
Within the framework of a registration to the Buyers' Area service or the opening of a gallery, the data are preserved without time limit and are manageable via the management interfaces of these services by the people who subscribed to them, such as for example the management interface of the Buyers' Area and the management interface of the antique dealers' gallery.
