Located at the edge of the Pyrenees, the Phil Arts Gallery is specializing in the sale of modern and contemporary paintings. Its two main field of activities are regionalism and the School of Paris. As for regionalism, the offer focuses on paintings depicting the basque Country, by French and Spanish Painters originating from the basque Country, or French painters having visited and stayed in the area. As for the School of Paris, the gallery proposes mainly paintings by Polish artists. The gallery purchases at the best price paintings meeting the above criteria.
