Fine bone china Royal Worcester cabinet plate, dated 1903 by the manufactory dot code. Superb cobalt blue ground, rich chased and painted gold decoration; central cartouche with flowers and six oval floral reserves; gilt contoured rim. Entirely hand-painted by a Worcester workshop artist; unsigned as was customary at the time. A highly decorative and sought-after Edwardian piece. Dimensions/weight: 25.8 cm; height 2.8 cm; 543 g.
