Rare Victorian Staffordshire pottery pair: two greyhound/whippet figures carrying hares (one dark, one light) on naturalistic bases with tree‑trunk supports. Hand‑painted polychrome enamels, gilt accents, original glaze, fine crazing.

Dimensions: 18.5 cm & 19.5 cm H × 16.8 cm L × 6.3 cm W; 470 g & 512 g

Condition: firing crack at base (brown‑hare dog); leg repair & thin crack on thigh (beige‑hare dog); minor paint losses; no major restorations.
