Note: this painting is unsigned, but its style is reminiscent of the Venetian or Northern Italian School: note in particular the treatment of the (golden or orange), the expressive faces with profiles turned toward the divine, and the liveliness of the drapery are reminiscent of the style of late Venetian painting or Northern Italian Baroque... The theatrical poses evoke artists in the tradition of Sebastiano Ricci, or even followers of Paolo Veronese...
