Interesting "cubic" Painting 1930 - Mediterranean Landscape In Italy - M. Regianni?

An interesting "Cubist" painting dated 1930 depicting a Mediterranean landscape, likely located in Italy, as it is titled on the reverse of the stretcher "Paesagio 1930 M.Reggiani" (see last image). Note: one of the appealing aspects of this landscape is its simplified lines and volumes, reminiscent of Cubist theories. This can indeed be seen in the few landscapes by Picasso (1881-1973) from the late 1940s, during his Vallauris period. The painting also evokes the poetic and melancholic atmosphere of a painter like Carlo Carrà (1881-1966). - Note that the Art-Price website reports a sale in Italy for a "M.
