A true ray of sunshine! It was undoubtedly its ultra-luminous hues that instantly captivated me at first sight. This is the front of a Qashqai satchel originating from Persia. It features a knotted pile technique. The pile is approximately 1 cm high. The quality of the hand-spun wool is remarkable, incredibly soft. Dyed exclusively with plant-based dyes, they literally sparkle. Very early 20th century, circa 1900. In excellent condition. Dimensions: 63 x 50 cm. Laurent Beauty of Kilims
