Three Bronze Age Axe Heads
A set of three Bronze Age socketed axe heads, probably dating from around 900 to 700 B.C. The largest is decorated with a rope pattern and fluting, and secured by two protruding tenons. The other two are secured by a single loop (one of which is damaged). Each has a different patina, indicating that they were excavated from separate areas. All are in very good condition.
