Signed with the maker’s plaque: “Établissements Wegmo, 80 rue Louis Blanc, Lyon”.

Built on an oak frame with straight copper and brass uprights. Opens at the front with a large glazed door in a metal frame. Glazed on three sides and on the top, with the back fully lined with a mirror.

The interior is fitted with two Douglas wood shelves, supported by four chrome-plated metal brackets. The shelving is height-adjustable by means of a side rack system. Stepped oak base opening with a plinth drawer. The drawer is fitted with an ingenious mechanical safety system that automatically locks when the main door is closed.

Overall good condition. The original lock is missing (the replacement key currently serves as a pull handle). The door closes with slight resistance but works very well. (Feel free to ask for a video.) The original lighting system has been removed (electricity not working). A few discreet traces of old glue on the uprights.
