Artist: Arita Imari

Imari style enameled porcelain covered pot decorated with Phoenix and flowers. This is a very rare set because the pot contains 2 nested cups which is exceptional. This is not a late "marriage" because the decorations are identical and the volumes consistent. One of the 2 cups has a crack and the lid has a chip on the fretel and another very small one on the edge. (see photos) Height: 135mm.
