"A Satsuma Vase Depicting A Daily Life Scene, Signed Kinkozan"
A Kyoto Satsuma vase with polychrome decoration on a cobalt blue ground, enriched with floral motifs in gold. One reserve depicts scenes of daily life with geishas in brightly colored kimonos, adorned with flowers and traditional patterns. The other reserve features a naturalistic scene with a rooster, a hen, and a butterfly in flight.
