Antique dealer for 40 years, I specialize in tribal art. Let's not forget that it was the arrival in France at the beginning of the 20th century of the first masks and statues that gave rise to modern art: Cubism, Expressionism, abstraction, etc.
I find it very interesting to mix it with contemporary or even more classical styles, because tribal art is universal; it speaks to our deepest emotions, to our distant shared roots.
