Large heavy barrel, octagonal then round in damask, slightly blundered at the muzzle. The inside of the barrel has 7 stripes with a hexagonal profile. The barrel and the lock have Belgian hallmarks. Steel butt plate with engravings, wood with normal age wear. The barrel with a beautiful dark brown patina. In very good condition with perfect functioning, the dog holds the notch perfectly and the fireplace in good condition. - Ref: S2792
