Naval Officer Flintlock Pistol - Late 18th Century Barrel length: 15 cm Bayonet length: 11 cm Total length (without bayonet): 28.5 cm Casing and barrel assembly entirely in brass, the round barrel with flared mouthpiece and two rings on a lateral side for the baguette, which is original. A throwing bayonet is present under the barrel which is locked by the trigger guard which can move forward and backward. The body of the case is engraved on the sides with flag trophies. Flintlock mechanism works perfectly, a security is present in the form of a pusher which blocks the hammer at the first notch as well as the bassinet cover. Walnut frame, the wood is crack free.
