18th-century Statue Of The Virgin
A statuette depicting the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception. The figurine is made of solid wood, polychrome, and gilded. It is characteristic of works produced in South America’s Spanish colonies. It dates from the 18th century; despite a few chips and the inevitable wear and tear typical of a devotional object from that era, its colors are still very vivid.
