16th-century Chest Panel
Here is a chest panel featuring an unusual design. It depicts a vine stock and its leaves, as well as a bunch of grapes. This panel was carved from very hard mesh oak. The holes in its upper part indicate that it has been reused several times. This panel has been treated against wood-boring insects.
