19th-century Fountain Spout
An impressive half-human, half-feline head, bordering on the grotesque, featuring foliage that served as exterior decoration or a fountain mask. The object shows signs of outdoor use. It was very popular during the Second Empire period. A slight casting defect is visible in one of the photos, but it does not affect the piece’s structural integrity.
