19th-century Sicilian Cart Panel
A painted wooden panel that adorned Sicilian carts in the 19th century. The top of the panel features a relief frieze. The colors are still quite vivid, and the subject is clearly visible. Note the visible crack in one of the photos; it requires no repair and does not affect the object’s structural integrity.
