Small English Creamware Plate decorated in the Netherlands, late 18th century. The Virgin wears a very ornate robe and holds a staff in her right hand. Around her: Chapels, a cross, two pilgrims. Below: Onse Live Vrouw Tot Kevelaar (Our Lady of Kevelaar). Small fire decor in excellent condition, bright and fresh colors. Interestingly, the Virgin Mary is depicted with a bare chest.
