KABUTO composed of 18 black-lacquered wrought-iron plates (very slight wear).
THEHEN NO ANA (top opening) made of copper with four tiers.
SHIKORO (neck guard) with five tiers, made of wrought iron with a glossy plum-colored lacquer finish and plum-colored silk braiding.
FUKIGAESHI (small flaps) made of wrought iron with a glossy plum-colored lacquer finish (slight chips on the left flap).
MABI SA SHI (visor) made of wrought iron with a glossy black lacquer finish (lacquer chips).
Included with the kabuto is a large MAEDATE made of resin depicting an Oni’s head with long cords (Showa period).
