Full-face mask (somen): made of black-lacquered iron, in three parts, with the nose assembled using buttons, the lower section riveted, the wrinkles and eyebrows forming spirals, decorated with raised uchidashi motifs, silver-lacquered teeth, and head protection made of kusari chain mail and fabric.
- Throat guard (yodarekake): made of black-lacquered iron and embossed leather, decorated with two laced blue straps.
