Small Lacquered Venetian Sideboard From The Louis XIV Period

An elegant small Venetian sideboard in lacquered wood, dating from the Louis XIV period, featuring rich painted decoration and a striking antique patina.

The front, framed by two side posts, features a single door adorned with a central panel displaying symmetrical ornamental motifs and volutes, further embellished with elegant painted decorations. The green, ochre, and red hues of the lacquer, softened by the passage of time, lend the piece a particularly warm and decorative character.
