A jacket in dark brown plush velvet, imitating "golden sheepskin" fur and dating from the 1930s - 1940s. Loose fit, long sleeves, collar with large folded-over points inspired by the men's wardrobe. The jacket is double-breasted and closes at the front with two large black silk passementerie buttons. Beautifully curved back with small slit and basques on the hips. Remarkable Art Deco lining in artificial silk satin with salmon on silver-gray motifs. The brown cut silk velvet is very dense and of fine quality. No flaws to report, apart from a slight patina of the velvet at the seams and lining repairs at the armpit. Good overall condition of color and conservation.
