First half of the 19th century Spain Precious camisole or soft corset in silk twill brocaded with bouquets, fully lined with ecru hemp. Sleeveless camisole buttoned in front and highlighted with applied ribbons in sky blue moiré silk faille. Five cloisonné enamel buttons with passementerie passes of gold thread cords. V-shaped back cut with two basques emphasizing the waist. No major damage apart from a few rare small stains and the silk fragile in places. Stable state of conservation.
