Dimensions: h. 38 cm x w. 20 cm x d. 14.5 cm. We present a delightful boudoir clock evoking the allegory of poetry, a theme much sought after throughout the 18th and 19th centuries. Exquisitely chased and decorated with basins, flowers, acanthus leaves, and laurel garlands, it rests on four feet. Beautiful original gilding completes the decoration. In working order.
