The set comprises six large spoons and six forks, totaling twelve pieces, with monogrammed handles, presented in a red chamois-lined flatware box. Hallmarked with the French Minerva 1st standard mark (.950) and the maker's mark of silversmith Maillard (initials "MR" and a mallet), who worked at 23 Rue Chapon in Paris (Copin Succ.).
