Description
Oval pillbox in enameled porcelain, decorated on the lid with a hand-painted decoration representing Freemason symbols: set square, compass, mallet and column, surrounded by stylized foliage.
The interior is soberly decorated with a small blue floral motif. Brass frame with fleur-de-lis clasp closure.
Old handwritten mark on the reverse (unidentified).
Collector's item linked to the Masonic world, typical of the 19th century.
Condition:
Very good condition, no chips or cracks.
