Curved blade with a hollow side, blued to one-third on an matte background and decorated with garlands and gold trophies. Acid-etched floral decorations are repeated on the rest of the blade. The borders and spine are highlighted with gilded garlands.
On the guard side, the scabbard is entirely engraved with floral motifs. On the counterguard side, it is smooth and bordered with friezes. The bail bracelets are chiseled. The stinger takes the form of a stylized lyre.
This saber is of exceptional quality, concentrating all the most accomplished techniques. It has retained almost all of its gilding, simply showing a few traces of rubbing. The blade is in new condition.
