Great Wedding Furniture Padlock, Engraved Brass, Chinese 19th Century, Double System, Signed, Birds In Waves

Very nice brass padlock. It is decorated on one side with a flight of birds in the waves, towards the radiant sun..the perfect pattern for wedding furniture! It is fit with its brass folding key with hanging ring, and works with a double system. A passage in the 1st compartment allows the exit of the head, which must be held to pass into the second compartment, which completely unlocks the padlock. Signed with a 3-character mark in a cartouche.
Very good condition, no break or flaw, to clean lightly.
