Great Pair Of Vases, Red-brown Patina, Female Masks & Bearded Masks, Art Nouveau Period

A very attractive pair of bronze vases. They feature a very pleasing reddish-brown patina. Conical in shape with a cylindrical base, they are fitted with stylized handles. On each vase, the body is decorated on both sides with a female mask crowned with a garland of leaves. The circular base is decorated with a continuous frieze of foliage, and the handles—which are particularly interesting—feature masks of bearded men in the classical style. There is a “B” mark beneath the base, likely standing for “bronze” or “Barbedienne”?
In any case, these are high-quality bronze pieces!
In good overall condition; there is a small chip on the lower part of one of the vases—a minor, insignificant flaw that I have clearly noted in my detailed photos. Please examine them carefully—I’m not hiding anything!
French working dating from the Art Nouveau period, circa 1890–1920.
