High Quality Fan, Raised Engravings, Carved Lace And Gilded Strand, Europe XIXth Century

This is a beautiful antique fan. The blades are carved in lace-like animal material, with figures in a plant motif, and gilded with garlands of leaves, flowers and animals. The plumes are carved with a figure in a hat and vegetal scrolls in openwork sections. The leaf, decorated with hand-enhanced engravings, features multiple figures in gardens on either side, including two romantic scenes.
Good overall condition, though note the breakage of a strand, and a small tear in the same place. Please look carefully at my detailed photos, I'm not hiding anything!
European working, probably French or Spanish, dating from the first part of the XiXth century, Circa 1830-1850.
