Description
This piece stands out for the richness and finesse of its goldsmithing, characteristic of Persian jewelry traditions.
At the center, a cornucopia in high relief—a symbol of prosperity, fertility, and wealth—spills forth a profusion of delicately chiseled flowers and foliage.
The composition combines remarkable filigree work, granulation, and applied floral motifs, creating a particularly lush and refined design.
The central medallion is surrounded by a wide openwork border, entirely adorned with small flowers, scrollwork, and twisted gold threads, attesting to the meticulous craftsmanship.
A few small white pearls punctuate the composition.
The reverse features a pin that allows the piece to be worn as a brooch, while an upper loop also allows it to be worn as a pendant.
