A significant chair, model CAB 412, designed by architect Mario Bellini and produced by Cassina beginning in 1977.This iconic model of Italian design stands out for its unique self-supporting construction: a brown saddle leather cover completely envelops a steel frame, secured beneath the seat and along the inner legs by a system of zippers. The circular base beneath the seat bears the manufacturer’s embossed logo.

This authentic piece is in very good condition. The saddle leather upholstery has developed a patina from use along its lower edges. It should be noted that there is a localized discoloration on the upper part of the backrest. The structure is perfectly sound, and the stitching and fasteners are in good condition.
