The patinated metal base depicts three cats, rendered in a bold geometric style, leaning against a central square-sectioned rod. They rest on a multi-lobed platform, all secured to a thick circular base made of Portor marble.
The lamp is topped by a large spherical shade made of satin-finished, crackled glass—a technique typical of the period—which diffuses a soft, textured light. The upper mount is an ornate metal claw.
