Made of dark blue cloth with scarlet braid and piping. The body forms a flame-shaped design tapering to a point, 62 cm long with 51 cm visible, each of the four corners trimmed with scarlet braids and piping (one braid on each side and one piping on the front and back seams). Tassel made of scarlet trimmings and a 4.5 cm wide scarlet braid. On the front, the band forms two points. Headband height on the sides: 11 cm; height of the point at the back: 15 cm; height of the points at the front: 15.5 cm; height at the front center: 13 cm.
Inner cap made of black waxed leather.
