18th-century Meissen Porcelain Reticulated Dish King Frederick II Service

A large Meissen porcelain reticulated dessert dish in ‘Brühl'scher Durchbruch’ pattern, from a table service for King Frederick II, circa 1760, painted with nuts and fruit. Blue crossed swords mark. 34.7 cm diameter.

Condition: In very good condition. There are two tiny (2 mm long) original firing cracks to the reticulated part of the dish that are common to all the other examples of this pattern we have found, a few other tiny firing flaws (accretions and glaze pops), and a light scratch to the purple fruit.
