Persian Oriental Rug Iran Gabbeh - Dim: 3.50 X 2.50 Mètres - "galerie Sardje"
Gabbeh Oriental rugs: Iran - Gabbeh rugs originate from the nomadic peoples of Iran , particularly Kurdistan, Luristan and Fars, in the southwest of the country. The word "Gabbeh" means "rough" or "unfinished" in Persian, reflecting the nature of the weaving method used by the Qashqai, Bakhtiari and Luri tribes who have produced them for centuries.
