Very rare early 18th century solid silver hand candlestick engraved with Coat of Arms stamped with a Comtale crown . Charge ( A Couronné on the side) and Discharge (crowned martlet) hallmarks for PARIS 1726-32, Jurande hallmark for PARIS 1728 ( M Couronné) , Countermark , and Hallmarks ( present 4 times : bâte , plateau , binet and prise) of Master Goldsmith Jean MAUZIÉ ( Hallmark with the initials "JM" and a handlebar) received in 1723 . Extremely rare Armorié Hand Candlestick from the Louis XV period in very good condition and remarkably hallmarked, beautiful patina and micro-scratches from use.
