18th-century Meissen Porcelain Rose Water Sprinkler C1750
A fine Meissen porcelain rose water sprinkler and cover, circa 1750, of squeezed spherical form, with 3-flower sprig finial, moulded and gilded leaf spout with intrinsic strainer, and moulded and gilded side scroll handle. Painted with Deutsche Blumen and sprigs, with a moulded ozier border.

Condition: Excellent for age and type. A few tiny chips to the ends of the petals on the flowers of the finial and around the base rim, mostly only visible under magnification. No restoration found under examination with ultraviolet light.
