18th Century Tournai Porcelain Mustard Pot And Lid Circa 1775

An 18th century, c1775, Tournai soft-paste porcelain barrel shaped mustard pot and cover, white with spiral moulded relief pattern and blue floral decoration. 9.5cm (3.7in) high.
Marks: Tournai swords and decorator’s/potters marks crosses in underglaze blue.
Condition: Exceptional for age and material. No cracks or crazing. Shallow chips to base rim, possibly from kiln stand. Glaze pops and accretion spots. Slight rough patch with yellow stain next to spoon slot on underside rim of lid.
