Gilt bronze crucifix, 18th century
Wearing a short perizonium, Christ with slender limbs is depicted alive, gazing heavenward. The cross is adorned at each end with a top with an openwork floral motif, and bears a titulus adorned with winged putti heads.
Very good condition, dark patina in places. The rivet on the back of the left hand is missing. The cross is mounted on a recently made wooden base.
