A Chelsea porcelain dessert dish, eighteenth century, circa 1765, of oval quatrefoil form, painted in coloured enamels with fruits, flowers, leaves, butterflies, and other insects, with a moulded ribbon-tied border in turquoise and puce, with gilt rim, gold anchor marks

Condition: Excellent. No cracks, chips, or crazing. A few light surface scratches. Some wear to rim gilding. Some dark staining to inside and outside of base rim.
