A 19th-century Victorian antique carnelian hardstone cameo brooch of lozenge form, set in 18ct gold (electronically tested and marked “750” on the clasp), with diamonds and cultured pearls.

A beautifully carved cameo in an exquisite setting of eight diamonds in quatrefoils, 2 culture pearls, and gold flowers of different sizes and colors of gold in between.
There appears to be a further mark just to the left of the “750”, which we were unable to decipher.
