An 18th-century or earlier Dutch school still life painting of fruit in a Kraak bowl, bread, nuts, and vine leaves, oil on canvas, unsigned. Christie's stencil number verso.

Sight (visible painting): 38cm (15in) high, 48.3cm (19in) wide
Frame: 55cm (21.7in) high, 65cm (25.6in) wide
Condition: Clean, ready to hang. There is quite extensive but relatively unobtrusive craquelure. There is a small patch repair verso. Examination under ultraviolet light was inconclusive due to the opacity of the varnish layer. The frame has light restoration and retouching.
