Hallmarked "Württembergische Metallwaren Fabrik": WMFB / as / 1/0 (meaning silver plating at 1 gram per square decimeter).

Circa 1905.
Some areas of wear to the silver plating.
This object has probably never been scrubbed, it can of course regain its silver appearance after cleaning with a suitable product (Argentil for example)
