Large Copper Basin - Italy (?), 18th Century
Large oval copper BASIN resting on a truncated-conical foot, decorated in repoussé, on the wing with cherubs' heads alternating with heraldic lions, at the bottom by an armorial motif with two lions facing each other on a terraced tree accompanied by two crescents in chief.
Length: 79 cm. Height: 44 cm.

Some holes and small tears from use on the high reliefs of the decoration and some small local brazing
