A Russian Silver-gilt And Cloisonné Enamel Covered Sugar Bowl, Moscow, 11 Artel , 1908–1917
Covered two-handled sugar bowl in vermeil (gilt silver) and polychrome cloisonné enamel with neo-Russian decoration of polylobed cartouches, floral motifs, scrolls and beaded reserves in shades of blue, cream, pink, green and violet. The lid surmounted by a baluster knop. Hallmarks: 11 artel 84 zolotniks standard mark with kokoshnik head facing right and Moscow assay office control letter “Delta”.
