Rare fireplace in fine black marble from Belgium, carved in the 19th century, beautifully crafted and in perfect condition. This so-called "half-moon" model, with uprights carved with panels with notched spandrels, is adorned with a large frame animated by a generous torus at the edge of its hearth, with corners in spandrels flanked by a bezant. Its original floor slab, restored, 136 x 40 cm is offered to you. Its length to the body is 135 cm. The dimensions of its hearth are 83 cm wide and 75 cm high.
