Sumptuous Large Pair of Two-Tone Chiseled and Gilded Bronze Candlesticks, Restoration Period, 19th Century, Circa 1830. Architecture of the Candlestick: Resting on a Raised Terrace and incrusted in shape, with a tripod base with Lions' Hocks and Claw Feet Covered by an Antique Drape with volutes and leaves. With a Central Baluster Column Shaft decorated with volutes and stylized and oval leaves and with a capital, the whole is richly decorated with stylized antique leaves. In the upper part, composed with a large and rich basin decorated with deployed acanthus leaves, there is a beautiful and large bowl with decoration identical to the whole and taking up all the decorative elements of the Torch, accompanied by its original removable bobeche with decoration of oves, rarity to note the whole is surmounted by its removable extinguisher with decoration of Flame in the Antique style. The whole of the torch is incorporated with small fine and elegant guillochés.
